Welcome to PeaceFilled Yoga! I’m Ciarra, a Mom, Birth Worker & an advocate for intentionally preparing for the life you want to live. My yoga journey began in 2015 when I attended a class to support a friend. I had no idea what yoga was all about, but I went and I am glad that I saw it through. My life has been impacted in ways that I never could have imagined. It is my hope to share that with you.
PeaceFilled offers a yogic experience that helps transport you from who are you to who you want to be. With yogic philosophies and a mindful approach, our classes speak to what you need in the moment. We specialize in Hatha Yoga, Kid’s Yoga, & Mobility. Our Birth & Postpartum sphere, moonhoney Yoga, help you prepare for birth, optimize pregnancy & restore postpartum.

Yoga Off the Mat
Yoga is about so much more than asana. I knew pretty much nothing about yoga when I took my first class. A friend had just begun teaching and I wanted to support her so I went to her class one day and it was HARD. LOL I was so ready for the class to end so I could never try it again! But there’s something magical about yoga. You find yourself at peace and basking in the feelings of restoration by the end of the practice. I didn’t know it at the time, but yoga would become such a deep part of my life and it had very little to do with the mat.
Stay tuned for my next Self Discovery Challenge as we dive deeper into the Yamas & Niyamas – yoga’s ethical guidelines.
